We Reserve the Rights to
1) Change our Terms and Conditions without due notice and point out that it is your responsibility to check Terms and Conditions before each purchase.
2) Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of it) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party in this event. You will not be eligible for any compensation due to failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.
3) Cancel an order at any time.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the Simply Pets website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Simply Pets and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to us. An additional cost of 20% handling fee will also be charged. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by our suppliers or by any delays caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods or labour actions. If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or you do not collect the parcel at the indicated location if your order is to be collected and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to Simply Pets (Pty) Ltd – you, (the customer) will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.
Due to the popularity of some products or services or supply constraints at producers and manufacturers, Simply Pets may not always have all products or services ordered by you in stock. You will be informed by email if stock is on back-order, unavailable or if there will be a delay in delivery.
