How to Shop Online at Simply Pets
So we can offer you the best delivery options based on your physical location, when you register there will be a slight delay before you can place orders and check out your shopping cart. This is so we can assign you to a shopper group based on the address you provide at registration. This is a one-time procedure. Once your registration is approved and activated you will receive an email advising of your account approval. You will then be able to conclude an order by simply logging in with your user name and password.
Different shipping options are available to regional shopper groups. These options are made available to you when you view your cart. Please read about the available options applicable to the region in which you reside. If your region is not listed, please contact us prior to placing an order:
Gauteng (for enquiries, telephone +27 (0)72 113 1092):
Delivery Option 1: Collect from factory. You will be responsible for collection at the Kya Sands Factory and no extra charge will be levied to your purchase.
Garden Route (Plettenburg Bay, Knysna, Sedgefield, George, Mossel Bay):
Delivery Option 1: Collect from Simply Vets, 61 Main Rd, Sedgefield, Tel: 044-343 1730. You will be responsible for collection and no extra charge will be levied to your purchase. Orders actioned for dispatch by 12pm on Friday will be available for collection the following week at the following times:
Mon: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Tue: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Wed: 8am – 5pm
Thurs: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sat and Public Holidays: 9am - 1:30pm
During COVID-19 Lockdown we are only open Mon, Wed & Fri between 8:30am and 12:30pm
Delivery Option 2: Tel: 044-343 1730 to arrange your order and collect from Blackwater Vets, 21 Clyde Street, Knysna. You will be responsible for collection and no extra charge will be levied to your purchase. Orders actioned for dispatch by 12pm on Friday will be available for collection the following week at the following times:
Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm
Sat - 8am - 12pm
Public Holidays: 10am - 12pm
Currently we only accept EFT payment. Banking details and instructions will be provided on your order confirmation. Proof of payment must be sent to us before any goods will be dispatched. It is your responsibility to confirm our receipt of your proof of payment. Please don't forget to use your order number provided on the order confirmation as payment reference and reference in any communication you might have regarding your order.
